Purple Heart Dug-Out Canoe
This was once one solid tree trunk. Now it's being transformed into an Amerindian canoe, the main transportation for the Guyanese natives. It takes one man a solid one-two months work to carve the canoe by hand. They use a blade that's 100 years old, re-using it by re-sharpening.
